SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping Time: Delivery within 48 hours after customer payment；

Shipping time: 7-18 working days after shipment from the warehouse (determined by the customer's choice of shipping method)；

Logistics carriers: UPS, FEDEX, Exel, DHL;

Shipping-related content: some countries enjoy the package service, according to the customer's choice of transport mode of time fluctuations；

When you order from yihuaxing.com on line store, your final payment includes a pre-calculated fee for shipping. Our shipping department will have your order processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email including your tracking number and shipping information.

Orders will be shipped from Japan, USA, Hong Kong or China, depending on inventory availability, and our working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong and your chosen shipping destination.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

You are responsible for duty and tax fees for the shipping. Please kindly note that you might need to pay the import duties and levies for certain items imported into your country.

SHIPPING DESCRIPTION

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
